HunTel.net sets itself apart from other Internet Service Providers with its
outstanding service and support. Because technical support and customer service
is handled in-house, we get to know our customers and understand their needs. If
necessary, we'll send our technicians to a customer's location. You won't find
that type of customized service from the “big” ISPs. In addition, our in-house
system engineers ensure our network is operating at peak efficiency while
keeping up-to-date with the latest technologies. For example, HunTel.net has
brought leading edge services to our customers by investing in Wi-Fi hot spots
in a number of locations within our service area.
Value Added Services
HunTel.net brings additional value to its customers with enhanced services that
make their time on the Internet as productive as possible. To combat the ever
increasing number of e-mail-borne viruses, each of our customer’s e-mail
accounts are filtered for infected messages. Unsolicited e-mail or “spam” is
another growing problem for Internet users. Our customers can subscribe to a
powerful service called E-Shield that intercepts junk e-mails before they have
the opportunity to clog our customers' in-boxes.

In addition to dial-up and high-speed Internet access and e-mail filtering,
