Forms, Inc. (PFI) a decided advantage in today’s competitive world. As
a full service provider, PFI works with its customers from inception
to implementation and on through record storage of information.
From Forms to Information
At PFI, we strive to build relationships that allow us to understand
and fulfill our customers’ needs. Working closely with our customers
has allowed PFI to become one of the Midwest’s largest forms
distributors. In order to better serve our customers, PFI has expanded
its core products to include printed forms, envelopes, checks,
commercial printing, and direct mail applications. Our services
include forms analysis, warehousing, pick and pack fulfillment, and
record storage.
Promotional Products
PFI continues its commitment to our customers by offering a complete
line of promotional products. As ASI members, we offer thousands of
products and ideas for our customers to use in their promotional
campaigns. We have also developed custom online company storefront
software. This service allows our customers to offer their employees
and customers the ability to order their logo items from the Internet.
Additionally, PFI offers layout and design services. This mix of
products and services combine to make PFI a truly full-service
supplier.
Selling Service
PFI recognizes that superior customer service is what truly sets a
company apart from the competition. At PFI, each associate strives to
provide our customers with the utmost in service. It is our goal to
work as an extension of each of our customers’ businesses and to
analyze and fulfill their needs.
It takes time and dedication to ensure that each PFI customer receives
the best information flow solution. Since PFI is primarily an
independent distributor of the goods we sell, we are able to freely
match our customers’ needs with the proper products and services. This
independence gives us the flexibility to optimize solutions for our
customers. Ultimately, at PFI excellent customer service is our most
valuable commodity.
Who We Are
PFI is headquartered in Blair, Nebraska. Our facility includes our
corporate office and a warehouse and fulfillment center. This facility
includes 15,000 square feet of warehouse space and 10,000 square feet
of office area. PFI also operates a branch office in the Kansas City
area that provides the same services as our Blair location.
In 2004, PFI’s revenues placed it in the top two percent of all forms
distributors in the country. In the July 2004 issue of Print
Solutions, PFI was ranked among the top 70 companies of its kind in
the United States. Currently, PFI serves more than 450 clients
throughout the United States.
